Charlene Zavala’s passion and dedication to children were cited on more than one occasion Tuesday evening (May 12th) as the Three Rivers Lions Club staged its 44th annual “Citizen of the Year” banquet to recognize Zavala, executive director of Three Rivers Area Mentoring (TRAM), as this year’s honoree.
Tuesday (May 12th) is Charlene Zavala Day in the City of Three Rivers, proclaimed as such by the Three Rivers City Commission.
