Due to the recent reorganization at Three Rivers Health that placed the pediatric providers in the Family Care offices, the number of calls received at each office increased tremendously.

Laurie Herbert, Vice President of Operations at Three Rivers Health, said, “This has resulted in an overload of calls and not enough personnel to handle the increased volume. We have established a Call Center to help resolve this situation.  Our customer service has seen significant improvement, as calls are answered more quickly and patients at the desk are served without so much interruption,” she added.

Calls requesting an appointment at all Three Rivers Health Family Care offices should now go to a central number – (269) 273-9699.  This includes the Family Care offices located in Three Rivers, Centreville, and White Pigeon.
